Free · iOS · No advertising
We build iOS apps that put a measurable health model in people's hands — free, without advertising, and with the evidence behind every claim published alongside it.
A swim timer with modelled noradrenaline, endorphin and dopamine curves, a six-month consistency programme, and a phase-by-phase reference.
A 12-item questionnaire that reads food and lifestyle habits against BMI to screen for visceral fat risk, including the “skinny fat” pattern.
The K10 psychological distress scale, implemented as published, with its standard scoring bands and a history of your scores over time.
An optional research programme shared across the apps. The default setting is opt out.
No purchase, no subscription, no paid tier. Every feature is available to everyone who downloads the app.
We do not carry ads, and we do not sell or share individual records with anyone.
Each app puts a working model on screen rather than a number without an explanation — neurochemical curves, a visceral fat risk matrix, a validated distress scale.
Where enough participants have taken part, you can see how your own results compare with others in Australia and the United States.
The evidence behind each app is listed in full, in the app and on this site, so you can read the sources rather than take our word for it.
The default setting is opt out. You can opt in or out at any time, in each app separately.
Australian Psychological Research Pty Ltd is an Australian company that develops health and fitness apps for Apple users. Each app measures something specific, shows you what the measurement means, and cites the research it rests on.
The apps are self-funded. That is what lets them stay free and free of advertising, and it is why the research programme is an invitation rather than a condition of use.
